About the show
Percussionist, composer and bandleader Johnbern Thomas brings an intoxicating blend of modern jazz steeped in Haitian and Caribbean traditions to our intimate music lounge. Blending Kreyol rhythms with expressive improvisation, his music moves between deep grooves and soaring melodies while honoring the spirit of his Haitian roots.
He has performed for global audiences across the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, South America and the United States.
Join Johnbern at his debut Judson’s Live performance featuring special guests Zach Brock – Snarky Puppy’s Grammy-winning violinist – and beloved Orlando-based vocalist Michelle Mailhot for an evening where multicultural jazz and storytelling coalesce in a culture-rich celebration.
