These profound narratives are brought to life through classical Chinese dance—an ancient art form preserved among the people and refined over millennia within imperial courts and classical drama. About The Presenter:
The Florida Falun Dafa Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization registered in Florida since 2012. Its mission is to: 1) promote traditional Chinese culture and arts by serving as the presenter for all Shen Yun performances in Florida; 2) introduce Falun Dafa (also known as Falun Gong)—a traditional spiritual practice combining meditation and gentle qigong exercises with a moral philosophy centered on Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance—and offer free exercise instruction to the public; and 3) raise global awareness about the ongoing persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners in China, which began in 1999, and work toward its end.
